At the conclusion of attending the IPSLEI program, you will:

Understand their roles in the context of leadership, ethics, and values

Understand and identify their roles and responsibilities to exercise leadership in the community

Through a process of personal growth, understand and apply leadership principles in their personal, family, community, and professional lives

Course 1 - Developing a Personal Philosophy of Leadership and Ethics
This course isn’t just training — it’s a transformational first step toward intentional leadership in public safety and in life. It’s all about building your personal philosophy of leadership + ethics — understanding who you are as a leader before leading others.
Course 2 — Learning to Lead Others Ethically
Leadership isn’t just about influence — it’s about integrity. This course focuses on how to lead with accountability, build trust within your team, and make decisions grounded in strong ethical principles, even when it’s not the easiest path. Because how you lead matters just as much as what you achieve.
Course 3 - Leading Organizations Ethically
Course 3 is where leadership scales. This course challenges you to think beyond yourself and lead in a way that influences culture, strengthens teams, and drives meaningful impact.
Course 4 - Ethics and the Challenge of Leadership
This course dives into the reality that leadership isn’t always easy — especially when the right decision is also the hard one. This course challenges leaders to navigate pressure, responsibility, and ethical decision-making with integrity.
